I Knead Sugar Cake Specialty Shop opened its doors in June 2016. When I began this business venture, I envisioned a cupcake bakery shop where our customers would stop in and pick up cupcakes and or sit and chat about their custom cake.

Since 2016, we have met many people and made many custom cakes for all special occasions for the Navajo Nation Community, Gallup community and the surrounding area. And we have enjoyed making cakes, gourmet cupcakes, cookies, and treats, for all ages.

We also conduct baking classes for how to make cakes, cookies and cupcakes and we customize the classes for the level of skill. Our business also sponsored several businesses and sports teams in the area.
