We may work with third-party advertising companies to serve ads and/or collect information when you visit our website. These companies may use cookies or Web beacons to collect non-personally identifiable information such as IP address, pages viewed and if a conversion occurred during your visit to this website in order to help show advertisements on other websites likely to be more interesting to you. To learn more about this “behavioral advertising” practice or to opt out of this use of your anonymous information, you can visit networkadvertising.org.

We do not sell personal information to any third party except as provided in this Privacy Policy. We do not provide this information without your consent or unless acting in good faith we determine that such action is necessary to: (i) comply with any court order or legal process served on AIANTA by a governmental authority relating to our website; (ii) protect and defend our rights or property; or (iii) in exceptional circumstances, help address a national emergency, security concern or other similar situation in which AIANTA deems it prudent to protect the personal safety of users of the services or the public.

We do not share personal information with companies, outside organizations and individuals unless one of the following circumstances apply:

With your consent: We will share personal information with companies, outside organizations or individuals if we have your consent to do so.

For external processing: We provide personal information to our affiliates or other trusted businesses or persons to process it for us, based on our instructions and in compliance with our Privacy Policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

For legal reasons: We will share personal information with companies, outside organizations or individuals if we have a good-faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request; detect, prevent or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues; or protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of our users or the public as required or permitted by law.

In case of a sale or asset transfer: If we become involved in a merger, acquisition or other transaction involving the sale of some or all of our assets, user information, including personal information collected from you through your use of our services, could be included in the transferred assets. Should such an event occur, we would use reasonable means to notify you, through email and/or a prominent notice on the services.

We may share aggregated, non-personally identifiable information with our partners, such as those with whom we have a business relationship, advertisers or connected sites. For example, we may share information to show trends about the general use of our services.

Choice and Cookies

Cookies enable us to gather anonymous information and other technical information you choose to share with AIANTA. A cookie is a small file that can be placed on your computer’s hard drive or device during your visit to a website. A cookie does not give us access to your computer or any information about you, other than the data you choose to share with us. You can accept or decline cookies. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you may change your browser settings to decline them. Please be aware that for security reasons we may refuse access to specific website content unless you accept the use of a cookie or similar technology.

We use traffic log cookies to identify which pages are being used. This helps us analyze data about Web page traffic and improve our website in order to tailor it to visitor needs. We only use this information for statistical analysis purposes and then the data is removed from the system. We may use functional cookies to remember your preferences.

For example, if you register on our website, we may use cookies to remember your registration information, so you do not need to log in to our site each time you visit. We also may record your password in a cookie if you checked the box that permits saving this password for automatic sign-in. Please note that account or partner identification numbers, passwords and any other account-related data included in such cookies are encrypted for security purposes. We may use commercial cookies in connection with our use of third-party advertising technology to direct advertisements to you when you visit our website. This technology uses information about your visits to our website (not including your name, address or other personal information) to share advertisements with you. In the course of delivering advertisements to you, a unique third-party cookie may be placed or recognized on your browser.

Our website also may use Web beacons (also known as clear GIF, pixel tags or Web bugs), which are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, that are placed in the code of a Web page. We use Web beacons to monitor the traffic patterns of users from one page within our site to another, to deliver or communicate with cookies, to understand whether you have come to our site from an online advertisement displayed on a third-party website, and to improve site performance. We also may allow our service providers to use Web beacons to help us understand which emails have been opened by recipients and to track the visitor traffic and actions on our site. This helps us measure the effectiveness of our content and other offerings.

We may also authorize service providers to collect information on our behalf, including, for example, as necessary to operate features of our website, track visitor actions, promote customer service and marketing programs, including providing online advertising tailored to your interests. Service providers have access to and may collect information only as needed to perform their functions and are not permitted to share or use the information for any other purpose.
